Kill mobs, reset instance repeat. Just like how you can do ardashir fort, vile of nativity, coils and wyrm.

Considering the mobs respawn after a mere 2 minutes, it's not hard to spend 2 minutes there and 2 minutes there with a constant flow of mobs coming your way.
