In order to get the button to make a saga character I had to disable my custom UI temporarily.

Confirmed, Corruption 2 UI users have to do this. Once the character is made you can go back to using the Cor2

Odd, I use Corruption 2 and didn't have to do anything, the icon to create Saga character was on my login screen just fine.
