Are there spells missing for free players?

I am asking because I found some spells on the internet that should be availabe from level 1 and I don't have access to them in the game, like pestilential blast for the necromancer or infernal knowledge for the demonologist. Is the spell list restricted if I am playing for free or are these websites just out of date and the spells have been removed by patches or put to higher levels?

Necromancers still have Pestilential Blast, not sure on which level they get it, maybe level 5 or 10 BUT:

Everything else is outdated as hell, like Infernal Knowledge is some spell Demos had like in the beta or maybe until 1 year after release until they got changed. You can see the same in the physical manual from the game, there are pictures of bear shamans ingame to show the HUD and such but the BS is using combos and spells that do not exist anymore.
Other than these 2 sites everything has data from 7 years or so and is redundant, the forums haven been "cleaned" 4 years ago so they are kind of up to date with all the posts about classes.

EDIT: This site is good for vanity stuff and some in depth dungeon explanation (mosty for the newest ones / hardet ones) https://cynarablog.wordpress.com/, you could also go to http://aochideout.blogspot.de/ for some PvP things to learn but this site is not going to be updated anymore.

Oh and by the way: There are no spells missing for free players, everything is the same, the only difference is the gold cap, the "lower" EXP gain (it's the old normal gain that everyone would have, premium members now just get a little bit more since a year where the revamp came live) and you don't get extra relics from raids and some dungeons.

If you could link a source to this information that would be greatly apreciated. It is very possible you have a list of spells from before 1.05 when they revamped the "rpg system".

And they are both equally old . This is indeed from before the rpg system changes which saw a lot of spells removed and redistributed among the levels. I believe these sites never saw updates once the game "died" after the initial months as aoc had a very good launch looking at sales but horrible when looking at how many sticked to the game.
