Barbarian edition exiles

I bought the barbarian edition, put the code in my account page, it was confirmed. I went in game to /claim and the items were not there.

i logged back out and tried again, nothing. i tried petitoning yesterday, but got no response........

what do i do?

Special website: I don't remember name offhand though, sorry. You had to go there to get the code as I recall or something like that.

no got it, just had to select if i wanted it on my existing account or new lol
