I am returning after a 6 month break and found myself booted from the guild I was in, so I'm looking for a new guild.
I play mainly in the USA afternoon and evening timezones. On weekends I play in EU evenings. I am interested mostly in doing 6mans, both oldworld and khitai and maybe unchaineds. I am not interested in a "raiding guild" because I can join pug raids with little issue, and if I wanted a raiding guild I already have an idea of where I'd go.
Being Roleplay friendly would be a plus, though I am willing to settle for "No one mocking me for enjoying RP"
Also, hanging out in ventrillo or teamspeak (or discord) would be a plus as well.
Basically, I am looking for someplace who's members log in for more than just raids, doesnt live in khitai, and like to hang out and relax.

Shadowdancer would be a good guild for you. We run casual raids from T1 - Memory Cloud, but have lots of other things going on too. Pug raids are fine, but raiding with a group of people on a regular basis is even better.
