What is a good custom UI that is still being updated or at least still functions correctly?

I would say that all of them can be good depending on your tastes

Ikos ui is not updated anymore but works and looks fine
Default ui enhanced is up to date and awesome too
Kellissia just updated Stonerune
And finally I think I have updated most of the major UIs you can find

If you cant pick one, then click my signature, I think it's the ui that offers the more options

I'd recommend Default UI Enhanced. Really awesome features and functionality plus it is very aesthetically pleasing and it is constantly being developed and updated.
