I think you should set up a section where players can go and not get farmed because they dont have the PVP gear.
SET it up like Nascar only a Players Skill or Tactics will determine if they Kill or get killed.
More PVE players may give it a try may even bring in new business.

PVP should be like Nascar you should only get beat because of anothers skill not their gear

One thing i just noticed is the dev tracker on the AoC forums we have 12 posts in may all about server restarts and uptime, while TsW have over 100 dev comments/pots in may alone so far.. there is not much love from the devs conserning aoc
