How do a Khitan get back to Tortage

I have a Lv.20 Khitan toon I would like to get back to Tortage but have been unable to find the Tortage Smuggler in Khitia. Am I looking in the wrong area? I've looked on the Forum and web but have not found an answer, so any help will do.

He is at 1285x687 in the Trading Village, Gateway.

He's at the Trading Village near the Great Wall. He stands at the vendor area, right next to the Potion Merchant, easy to miss. Just run from the ruined caravan along the road and you'll make it there easy-peasy.
