Pretty much this.

Most of the population on Crom are players who are either terrible at the game, or players who just log on for raids and disappear until the next one... or both.

Discount those players and you're left with a population just as insignificant as Fury's.

Some people from Crom (in the past) make their name in PvP when they move to Fury and join NightWatch/other guilds. Same people who win sieges and premades on Fury now play on Crom. Of course, nonames from current Fury can call himself THE TRUE PVPERS, but they don't have anything what can prove that words. Terrible people left on desert server, and no one care about them, because they think what they can be significant NOW.

Last time I logged on to Fury nothing was going on... absolutely nothing...

It was so discouraging that I just can't bring myself to log in anymore.

prob with fury is that open world quality is meh compared to rage

i don't like it, but it seems the easiest way to move forward is to merge all servers and make each zone an pve/pvp option, just make it so all kind of xp-boosts only work in the pvp zone to give an incentive to go the "risky" way..
