You'll nonetheless take one penality. I do not caution this attitude. You want better balance, you want to switch players around ? Speak the hell up or just shut up. When minis are other it's too late...
I thought i was clear, you do NOT name and shame players in this competition. If they don't match your haughty expectation you live with it. And after the minis you eventually start a calm conversation with them do give them some advice.
