1 AA-point each Level? Is this info valid?

I am coming back after a long break and I am not uptodate. I have gathered an info from a thread where a person argues about being F2P, not Premium and not getting the 1 AA-each "level".

What level? Regular level? PvP-Level?

Is it true that you get 1 AA-point each time you level up? If so from what level it starts? 40? None of my chars have reached 40 again yet.

Please clarify this

after you reach level 2 you get first AA expertise point can be used either for provess or masterery aa when u hit 20, or for class perks etc 80

so basicly you get 79 points in overall from level 1 to 80, I think you need to be subscriber, correct me if im wrong.

That is correct. It is a subscriber-only benefit and gives you 1 AA expertise point every time you gain a level.

They only implemented it like 5/6 months ago, probably during your break
