G35 headset no sound ingame

I recently bought a G35 Headset, it worked great at start.

When i start game, i hear the sound from the patcher and even the intro before i get to logg in screen, but when i get to log in screen the sound is gone and AoC is still on the mixer, only sound isn't there.

I tried contacting Logitech about this, but they didn't understand quite fully why.

anybody had this before/know what to do?

Change speaker setup to stereo if it doesnt work.

I had the same problems when I used G35 headset. Unplugging it, closing the game, plugging it back in sometimes resolved the issue. If not, make sure you got it set as Default Device under playback devices. In AoC patcher and in game options use auto or stereo, you'll just have to try which one works best for you. I got so fed up in the end, I bought a proper sound card and the qpad headphones.

Had the same problem with a headset way back then but check your setup in device manager and also your audio settings self
