As some knew or discovered it appears these are part of two guild city quests giving pets as reward. I didn't know these quests existed when launching this event.

1 st place : Numi who found paintings 1, 3, 4 and 5 and all 10 hand of Mitra.
2 nd place : Masinisa who found all the hands of Mitra.
3 rd place : Naakz who found paintings 1, 2 and 3.

Bah, these kind of events don't really require much time to set and monitor. Nevermind if it's player based or not. Note that Funcom does however sponsor some events by providing rewards. Go PM Sezmra

There's another bird picture in the common district right after the guard at the first ladder at the main entrance, it's printed on a wall and only visible through the barrels.
