Cannot acess my account

Returning player trying to access my account but is saying

Log in failed
Are you sure you typed your password correctly?
Also, make sure your [CAPS LOCK]-key is not active.

Isn't my forum log in the same as my account log in? I haven't played this game in a few years

Also to note I'm no longer able to access the email account to this account. I canceled my comcast internet years ago.
