I understand, but I am premium and have more than enough funcom points, but the unlock option is not shown even for the cheapest vanity piece. Is there some option to "unlock" the unlock-offers?

I heard that you won't get the unlock option, if the shop is in German. You can change the shop language on the account page. Go to "Update my details"/"Meine Details aktualisieren" and change "Preferred Language"/"Bevorzugte Sprache" to English.

Thanks you all, got it now, as my language was set to german. The reason why this option is available in english only isn't clear for me or making sense at all.
