character banned (13)

hey guys, my other account was banned for no reason during a mini game and after i type my username and password i hit enter and then a pop up says the character is banned (13). customer service have not replied to any of my emails. i cant even post on the forums with the account so ive had to use this one.

this happen to anyone else or know how long the ban will last?

Normally you should have recieved an email giving a reason to the ban aswell as details on how long it will last.
