    Default Payment failed-Got banned instead.

Hi! I know these issues shouldn't be here, but i have a little story to tell.

Recently my premium expired, so i decided to purshase the 6 months special offer. However, when i payed like usuall i recived a messege that pre-paid cards didn't work to pay with. So i contacted a gm and he told me that my account was locked and that i should contact tech-support. After explaining the situation in an email i had to wait for a long time before i got the answear back. However, it wasnt very positive. I was compleatly unable to login on my AoC account and he requested that i should take a picture of my credit card, and another on my passport or drivers license. The problem is that i'm not able to do so, and i'm now compleatly unable to play on my account.

I know i can't do anything alone than to follow thier retarded policy, but atleast i can inform others about this issue.

It would be better if they contacted my email to see if it was i or not-like most games do. Not some kind of FBI security.

The account won't accept any payments since it's locked and banned.
