There was little to none community managment going on in AOC since ever and I guess that won't be chaning once your are leaving.

The way I see it "community managment" by FC is giving out MODs to keep the forums in-check and re-posting monthly letters via twitter and facebook. Thats "lol-managment" at best.

I am sure that given the chance you would have done much much more, but I also wholeheartedly believe that you did your best with that very little you were given by the company.
