Unable to enter Border Range, to turn in quest

I keep getting this message Unable to transport you to playfield 2084 because it failed to start. This probably means it does not exist.

when I looked in the map it looked like I needed to go t Wildlands to turn in, but once there, now the Quest X, is showing I need to go into the Border range were I just had Path out of, and now I cannot get back in

is this a bug ?

Server has had a few problems recently with crashing. Should work properly soon.


Border range is located in Wild lands of Zelata, to the north. The quest marker was supposed to be there.
