Everytime I log off and then back on, the UI Chat filters, flying text numbers, and fonts revert back to the installed defaults. I am sure I am doing something wrong

Also, any way to move the 2 bottom list of tabs somewhere else, as well as move the hotbutton bars?

how you exit the game? ALT + F4?

No, I have logged out many different ways. Idle kicked to char select, logged out to character select, exit to destop before the 15s timer runs out.
