Where is our free Character Transfers!

How hard is it to keep us paying customers updated!

Hi all, as i remember there should be a free character transfer option aviable for a month after merge. Why this option is not aviable and when it'll be ?

It's been said several times, but most recently in the GD Monthly Letter.

We will enable free server transfers as soon as we are certain that all merge problems are dealt with.

Since this has been answered to the best of Funcom's ability until all remaining issues with the server merge have been resolved, I'm closing this down.
