Bear Shaman returning, no idea how to play

Have been inactive for a couple years.

Any suggestions for simple but effective specs for a level 80 BS? also anything resembling a combat rotation along with what heals and abilities to use would be really great.

despite video have been made with good intention it doesnt provide best advise into playing bs, but it does show you a bit of the buffs you should keep an eye out like natures wrath and when to use blood flow, renewal you shouldnt use it whenever; time it with hard hitting combo finisher like activate it while you start finisher of shrewd blow or internal bleed, reneal is not just a green heal it can buff up your combo finisher hits.

first off manifestations your doing it right if you pull off 2 internal bleeds per manifestation active time independant of wich one your using, for the vision efect.

second have all 4 ranks of crush armor in your hotbar and keybinded.

if you have crap weapon then use highest rank internal bleed if you have t3 hammer or better(erlic or t4) use rank 2 for best results.

after your target gets 5 stack of physical torment spamming the kithai rank and normal rank of shrewd blow is your best dps tools for pve, in pvp crush armor and ursine brawl are fast and strong combos, although shrewd blow starters can be nice white hit damage.

try and watch shields and in pve/pvp try and go behind if possible in pvp to hit a bit harder and to place stagger and in pve to deal more a bit more damage but try adjust your position to match combo finisher to unshielded side or to use combos with finisher on unshielded side.

priority is always have a manifestation active and keep your internal bleed on cooldown along side rune of aggression( will debuff your hits to place physical ruin and grant you and your team with more weapon damage).

for pve you will end up using manif of sun and manif of spirit the most, those 2 are the dps ones first one places a miniscule dot on vision efect and grats a 75% wd buff after dot is off, also passively reduces health/mana regen on target, second manif vision efect places a dot wich explodes in a unholy detonation efect
and also passively places damage reduction on target and increases your mana regen(wich is very important after revamp mana is something you need to worry about)

the other 3 manifestations are situational and i dont have a single build wich doesnt have them all.

manif of winter is more of a pvp manif the vision efect is to drain mana/stamina and places a hinder movement passively does cold magic damage aoe around you but in insignificant amounts

manif of forest places physical wrack and vision efect is big armor buff for you

manif of regrowth does self centered aoe heal on friendly targets and vision efect is grant nice protection buff on you.

best perk for pve is without dobt vision of sky it adds its efects to all vision efects you use so whatever manifestation you use you get increased damage alongside all your team members.
feral growl and maul also nice combo perks and ursine bond nice for pvp.

everything else builds and combo rotation is up to you and situation will dictate wich build is better to use.

but just remember a bs can place all 3 diferent physical debuffs and that is one of main powers of bs.

crush amor-stack 5 physical torment each combo rank used will place 1 stack, or feral growl perk combo

manif forest-aoe phisical wrack you can merely activate it to place debuff then use diferent manif if you dont need the armor buff from vision efect

rune of aggression-will cause your blows to place physical ruin
