250-300 latency for me from South Australia. This is the norm for all MMOs for me (assuming the servers are in western USA, gets worse if they are in eastern side of the continent).
You learn to live with it.

the lag spikes post merge are really terrible for me.
This is sadly a game breaker. I really hope it will become more stable, if not I won't be able to play anymore.
It's so sad, i was so glad to fight with and against US community. New faces at last and i can't enjoy it.

Varies depending on where you are and the type of connection you have. I'm sitting on 170 at the moment; from the NZ North Island and on fibre.

My ping in Australia has been 250-350 since launch. Seems fine to play with.
