Russian guilds usually set their keep around 18:00 CEST.
Central European guilds set their keep window around 21:00 CEST.

You see, the earliest we can put up a siege is 19:00 CEST.. atleast i think its CEST atleast 20:00 Norwegian time. And it stops at like 10:00 in the morning? or something like that... So everyone in europe will have it at 20:00, the americans can put it whenever, how the heck are we supposed to gather 48 pvpers on crom to siege a US guild 4 AM ? thats insane
