    Default Membership, not?

    Hi, so i got a problem. I just payed for "Membership 1 Month Recurring
    ", and it says: "Membership valid until somthing-something ". But in game i am still a free2play user. How to fix it?

    Log to your account and contact customer support.

    It takes from 15 minutes to 24 hours to synchronize the profile and game data. Usually, it is just 30 minutes.
    • Remove daily rewards and the raid finder;
    • remove membership bonuses;
    • disable PVE XP for daily challenges;
    • remove WBs forever on Crom;
    • slow down the AA gain;
    • lower the PVP XP gain or remove the streak system;
    • remove AoE looting;
    • add the missing mobs back to Khesh., F. of the Dead, and Eigl. Mount.;
    • fix the 250+ms ping;
    • take the key away from Saddur;
    • revert T3, T3.5 (10.21.15), T4 (10.21.15), and GGG changes;
    • remove energy and add skills (like taunt) back.

    Yesterday it was Approved, now is failed. wtf?

    I have had to do this before to get my old Anarchy online account merged with my New account so that TSW, AOC & AO account was all under one account. I have not had my account banned before, but they will ask for a Picture of your ID and Card. just do as they ask and all will be well it might just be a day or 2.

    If you would have waited the 30mins to 24hr's for your account to proccess as normal and update your account to a membership status then you would not have had to do this. I know sucks but at least they are being carful and making sure that the account and your Credit Card are not highjacked right.
