it's true usefulness isn't really there unless your in the right spot at the right time.

Its ur job in pvp to be in right spot in right time :>

in pve your just wrong, icestrike is still better then casting plague and in multiple target situation infestation works better because multiple adds always have now hit points and die die too fast for plague to make a difference.
chilling breath + icestrike splash is better then plague.

PvE DPS wise Supreme Lich > Chilling Breath, Chilling Breath pvp perk for building bursts mainly.

As i told before, its incorrect to compare Ice Strike to Plague, since its diffrent spells for diffrent aims.

but your deluded by thinking you do more dps by using it in pve.

If you are using it rightly, then u get more dps by using plague swarm :>

It works as intended in pvp, besides it upgrades infestation to proper FtW, or steals FtW/Infestation of other necros.

In pve it renews worms as well, so no point cast them more than once. And dps of plague is very good since u was comparing it to Ice Strike which have way higher casting time.

if so, there was ninja fix, cos it NEVER worked in pvp, and it was recent one...it was only working in pve...
but than again, who cares, pvp is dead, u can feet what ever u like, press some buttons, something is gonna hapen 4sure
