[Getting Character List] - Timeout - SOLUTION

This is A Solution towards this problem :
Stuck In The login menu When login gets to [Getting character list] or [Getting character data] Then Time's Out with the orange bar.

This Problem Had not been solved for years.(last topic pointing towards this problem was made 6 - 10 years ago if i remember correctly).

Thanks to the Live chat winch after 2 days finaly was avalible GM Ysbaddaden Patiently helped solve this problem.

Ofcours this may have gotten fixed before but it was never posted in any fourm.

Here's what you need to do :
make sure you can see hidden files and folders Then navagate to :
C:\Users\[Windows Username]\AppData\Local\Funcom\Conan\Prefs\[AOC Username]
And simply delete everything.

cause of problem : This was due to a Character Data corruption.
winch can be caused by several means.
if your intrested .,mine was when i Logged off while mounted while the whole game was bugged out(chat didnt work ,hotkeys jammed etc..)

Ofcours there may be other methods to fixing this problem that i dont know of.but after reading all the threads related to the problem only thing that worked for me was this method.

P.S : If this was alredy fixed and a solution posted then im very stupid not to be able to have found it anywhere.sorry in advance?
