Old Characters

Can someone tell me please how I can delete some of my old characters? Or is it even possible any more? I cannot fined the delete button.

bottom left click the tiny white skull in the name tag of character

Is that on the Character page with the list of all the characters I have created so far? I still do not see the skull you refer to on the this screen..... Are you referring to the character selection tab?
