    Agreed! I still enjoy older raid instances but it is no secret that a lot of long time players ignore those. Allowing relics to buy raid weapons, accessories, buff potions, vanity gear etc... would provide a much needed incentive encouraging more people to spend time in those places.

    how long untill you allow players who raid years for a weapon/accessory are allowed to at least buy them with relic?

    how long untill you can buy anything at all worth while with raid relics?

    Seriously, what aspect of the game or which players will be hurt by the suggestions?

    - make raid weapons buyable with tokens
    - allow for token conversion from lesser tiers to higher and vice versa, requiring the higher tiers to be finished successfully or linking the amount of convertable tokens to the owned higher tier tokens (e.g. someone with 30 tier1 tokens and 3 tier3 tokens could convert all 30 tier1 to 3 tier2 with a conversion rate 10:1, while someone having 40 tier1 and only 1 tier3 token could only convert 10 tier1 into 1 tier2).
    - allow the tokens to be converted into other currencies (like veteran tokens or the basic khitan currency (used to buy green items and pots)) or open raid specific vanity stores...at least something to get rid of them
    - allow for trading them along the same accounts (maybe with a conversion rate)

    Would be nice. Even going back to lower tiers, some people have been raiding for years waiting on their weapon.

    Would be totally opposed to this. No way you should be able to get T3 gear from doing T2 raids.

    But I do think you ought to be able to get the crit/dps buff potions with tokens.

    I think a fix for weapons and accessories would be to have the loot be a special relic for "2h, 1h, shield, ring, necklace, back" etc instead of for the actual items. For example, you kill boss X, and instead of having the weapon drop be the Guardian shield, there would instead be a "rare relic" for a Shield that could go to either a DT or Guard. That would cut down dramatically on random drops and thus rot. You can then master loot the special relic to the people in raid that have been waiting years for weapon or accessory and not be at the mercy of the weekly RNG.

    @Chillee:
    You must have missed something in my post. Why do you think following that suggestions will lead to getting t3 gear by raiding only t2?

    That is why there should be a measure to ensure the conversion rate is not unbalancing (so doing t3 should still be a lot faster and it will not be possible to gain t3 items, if you are not raiding at least t3).
    On the other hand, why should you not be able to convert tier2 tokens into tier3 tokens, if you regularly raid t4 AND have done tier3 at least once? (which i meant with conversion only being doable, if you have higher tier tokens).

    One positive effect will be, that even for those not needing the lower tiers, would get something out of it. For example, if someone dedicates his/hers effort and time to leading lower tier raids, they should not get punished for it.
