Opponent EnergyBar

Does anyone know if the standard UI supports opponent's energy bar, if not, where Can I get it ? From which UI ?

Hmmm, I deleted Gui folder, the patcher download it back, and nothing happened, any ideas ? (standard UI)

The opponent energy bar only shows up when the opponent is sprinting for a time and it only shows you when your opponent has 0%, 33%, 66%, and 100%. The bar disappears a little while after the person has stopped sprinting. You can't make it stay on screen as far as I have been able to find.
