Returning and need question answered

I just returned and have more toon than I want. I want to delete a few to try new toons and for the life of me can not figure out how to delete unwanted toons. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

On the character selection screen, when you click a toon before login it, there's a small red skull that appears under is name. Click the skull, enter password for confirmation, voila.
