some players dont have enough time, guild or team to join t3, t3,5 or t4. so i offer we should buy upper relics with lower relics. for example 5 t1 relic=1 t2 relic, 5 t2 relic=1 t3 relic .......

So by farming w1/3 you are supposed to be able to get top tier gear?
How about raiding the actual instance that drop the gear in question?

Giving something to use T1 to T3 tokens on besides buying outdated gear would be a nice thing. Doesn't have to be higher tier tokens, but HM tokens, Marks of Acclaim, Gold, Raid Weapons/Rings/Necklaces or so would be nice.

The only thing I can agree with in spending raid relics is to be able to buy weapons and accessories.

Another idea is have certain 6 mans that will drop the relics. Some people don't even get the opportunity to raid. Or another fix to this issue is to have pvp gear on par with pve gear. Sure unchained mini's will fix a lot of this, but not on pvp servers.

as all pvp guys are way better than any pve guy (atleast they behave like thats true) im quite suprised that pvp server are supposed to have troubles clearing t4

Pvp players hate pve fights and to get 24 pl to wipe a few times in t4 until get the kill is not easy on pvp server, they all want to pvp and have element of surprises in fights instead of the same repeat tactics of pve

All the people that could do T4 on Tyranny transferred to Set.

I think that trading in lower relics for higher relics is a good idea as long as the cost is high enough. It would keep low level raids functioning and make it easier to get more people into higher tier raids eventually. Something like 30 tokens for an upgrade to a new tier token doesn't seem unreasonable.

That would be about 7 T1 raids for a single T2 token? Might be a bit steep.
