Mmh, cobra stare stuns only one target. In paikang, esp. at Baishan, corrupteds villagers comes often in duo. It was the thoughest place i've encountered as a tos, with some screenshots with 17x "Target have resisted !" (which is misleading since it's a spellcast failure, it happens even with the Rest ability which is channeled so can be interrupted at each tick)

That why i take 5 - 7 of them, i cast all aoe, and bubble, and they all die in a second.

But sometime this is crazy, and you waste lot of mana... resisted, resisted o_O
