That is, when opening the in-game shop only the title is shown, while feats, guild and AAs windows just show some text but no buttons or other graphics. Social windows, quests journal, map, inventory and the like are OK though.
Strangely I don't have this problem when using DX9, but then there are some other glitches as well.
I've tried reinstalling the whole system, game and drivers and still no luck. Any suggestion for a fix?

Windows 7 Home Premium (x64), ATI Radeon HD 3600 (don't have Catalyst Control Center right now but bug is present as well if installed), Flash is updated (both x32 and x64 versions).
