    play mmo for pvp, and the pvp in neverwinter is aoc pre 1.04ish in some aspects. not got to 60 yet or had all that much time to play but class knowledge and builds equal huge gaps between bad players and good players which results in nice crits and wild kills. pvp is quick and fun and in some instance difficult. filling in nicely while waiting to see if conan get any pvp population back, which i know won't happen with how dumbed down everything is now, but one can hope.

    I have been playing it and like it but have not played a toon past level 10. So, I haven't played a ton but those PvP videos look promising. It is still hard to peel myself from AoC when things have really started to pick up again.

    @Raist

    Those animations are like that or is that lag there?
    Sliding, instant body movements etc...?

    The animations are a bit lacking in parts, but the pace of the combat more than makes up for it.

    There is a bit of frame rate slowdown in crowded areas like Protector's Enclave (the main city hub) ... and when you do some special moves (I guess they haven't got the graphics engine as optimized as it should be).

    But in the questing zones and the PvP areas (because they are smaller and not as high-traffic) ... the game plays quite smoothly as far as I can tell ...

    I always think it's funny when people complain about the DPS of a class who's ONLY PURPOSE is to do damage, and is usually quite squishy as a trade-off.

    That lag is not from game but from how the guy recorded. It not AoC but the combat is fun. Been in aoc since second beta build. This is the first game that has me thinking about giving my account up. Hopefully a tyranny resurgence can keep me in aoc.

    Trickster Rogue is almost 100% single target. So high burst DPS for single target should be expected.

    TR is so single-target it can one-shot tanks.

    I wouldn't mind if they would do something with stun-locking...
