Can anyone please tell me where can I find this item ( Heart of the Desert) ?

I've read that it drops from Kozach Chief and Cage Master.

Is that true ? And where can I find Cage Master ?

The Cage Master only spawns if you have the quest to unlock the cage if I remember correctly.

I recently saw it drop from the Kozak War Chief. However, either the drop rate is low or I was unlucky; I probably had to kill him 10 times or more before it dropped.

best way is to just kill the war cheif over and over. he takes a few minutes to spawn.. sometimes it can take a while to find it

It seems to have a very low droprate and i can confirm it does NOT always drop from the cagemaster (maybe subject to the bug, where quest items are not visible when in a group?). Unlike the old thread says, i think it is just a random drop like the others here say with a VERY low droprate nowadays (there is a reason it sells for 1g+ on the trader).

I've killed War chief around 30 times - and no reward


Who gives quest to open cages ? Or maybe what is the title of the quest ?

Edit : Finally I got it. Cagemaster dropped it. Ohhh, it was sooo long to find it.
