Thread: error 14 password

    Default error 14 password

    hi there

    i m a french player on Crom, and i have re activate my very old account today.
    But i can t logg in. My password is correct. I have this message :

    authentication failure please note that password are case sensitive (14).

    i have installed the game with steam !

    So what i can do ? i have create a free account to test and it work well.

    i don t think so, because i can log in https://register.ageofconan.com/account.
    And i have changed my password now to try. And it's the same error.

    You have 2 different passwords. One is to account on webpage and second is to game. Did you try to change the other one? Game -> Change My Password. If it doesn't work then I suppose fastest way to get help is to use live chat on the bottom of account page.

    Dont change password. check ur spam folder should be an email from funcom old accounts are LOCKED and you need to verify it (anti hack measurment). Should be an email in your box with a clicky link

    I wait and i have sended a ticket. i hope they ll answer quickly.

    Live chat is working when there is late evening/night at Europe. Then you can contact them

    But kinda funny that majority of players need to stay up at night so they can get support

    Actually you have 3 passwords:
    for account
    for forums
    and for the game

    also not sure what you mean with "no mail from fc"
    you must use help.funcom.com
    old emails, don't work anymore.
