Anyone know of some red belts? (not tigers, wolf or scarlet) need a belt that dosnt make my hips big :P

Depends on what gear it will match with. In common district you can find roofhuggers belt (i think it's called) Which is light red with a bronze belt buckle on it. I obtained it by doing some quests there.

Have a dark red (blood red) cape, and would love a similar belt to match with it.
A all black belt could also work

Hey! I recently got the Tarantia guard gear on my ranger, however i cannot use the right helm (it's heavy armor) So now i'm looking for some type of hood/helm that matches with the blue colour.

Skyshear Tasset (legs) drop in Atzel's Fortress. Most, if not all, of the other pieces drop in Onyx Chambers.
