You always post "Servers are now down" and update the thread during updates/maintenance... but now... nothing :-(

We knew they were coming down, so it's not a total surprise. Just keep your eye on this thread or check the game client itself. I'm sure if Funcom planned on stopping those updates (servers down, servers now up again, etc.) they'd let us know officially.

Before each game update funcom's roleplaying team comes together and they decide the "rp backround" of the next downtime . Since they dont read much books themselves , they end up choosing "minibugs" , "extreme lattency" , "random dc for the luls of it" . But this time ...this time .. they made a very poetic step into hardcore plot !

Actually, since we now have the server announcements for EU and US in the same spot, we will continue to announce the downtimes as we did the one for today and we will also post when the EU and the US servers are available again.

But we will not post when the servers are going down as that information is both available in the announcement as well as on the game launchers with the server status so that should suffice.
