Blue Sea Vanity Armor??

Hi Folks!
I have been looking for the rest of this Vanity Armor set and was hoping some one had information on where it drops.

I have the head piece already, (Headdress of the Blue Sea) I think it is called. I am looking for the rest of the set, IF it exists.
I understand it is quite possible Funcom never made the rest of the armor set or never placed it in game but I hope that's not the case.

I actually wondered if that armour set was available too. I like the turban and trying to get it for my pretty-boy-ToS.

If not a drop, maybe in the store?

There are some npcs in Turan who wear a fitting cloak or vest to that blue sea turban...but as far as i know it is not available for players (sadly, like sooo many nice armors, emotes and stances only reserved for npcs).
