No US kills for T3 and before were transferred over to the current progression thread and I'm not even sure where the old US thread is now.

No, there actually was an older thread that was maintained before I started tracking it and it had previous tiers. Since the tracking was sort of a mess, and not "current content" at the time, I decided to just start tracking more up to date content, which was T3.5/4 at the time.
