Justification: encourage 70+ players to group up for those instances since they can equip the items immediately.

[PVE] A dungeon that is just a straight-forward assault rather than mechanic-crammed boss fights and high-HP trash. E.g, group must slowly advance across a battlefield, capturing fortifications/cover, against waves of (non-elite) mobs and artillery. Raid-sized or well-coordinated groups can simultaneously accomplish side objectives -- assassinating a leader or blowing up bridge in a certain window -- that reduce the difficulty of a section of the battlefield for a brief window or add rewards. Etc.

[interface] give us the option to suscribe to different global channels : Global - all language welcome and one Global channel per language e.g. Global(FR), Global(DE), Global(SP), Global(RU) and ofc the Global(EN). You can access to those channels whatever your client language is.

[PVE] Create a hard mode for the Tier 1 raids triggered by not having more than 12 people in the zone at a time (or something like: Enter an Unchained version of Kylikki, find an NPC who gives out up to 12 wards, wards protect against a fatally poisonous atmosphere throughout the zone). Bosses drop rares. Otherwise, no changes to Unchained/hard-mode version (tactics, etc.).
