[veteran system]
Put khitan riding on veteran vendor as purchasable with veteran points.
[Guild] Pirate thematic ranks: captain, mate, sailor, landlubber... in case you prefer cultural ranks, Mongoose's Pirate Isles lists several of them. Also, thieves thematic ranks: kingpin, enforcer, cutthroat, scoundrel, smuggler. Customizable ranks would be awesome.
[PvP] Sea warfare setting: players starts over a ship and must board another one (grapples or footbridge to gain access to the enemy ship) in order to kill everyone in the opposite team, create new models of ships, bigger and maybe with several floors -accessible holds using stairs could be an option. Another option could be one ship (attackers) and a coast settlement (defenders) to assault and loot a treasure chest within a time limit.
[PvE] As Poitain is a border zone, one event could involve an occasional Zingaran invasion. A bot announces it in global channel and if enough people moves there within a specific time (15-20 minutes) a little army (maybe just a reconnaissance patrol) appears to invade the town.
[Interface] Tradeable generic items: lotus flowers, boxes, bags, scrolls, bottles... If possible make them usable with emotes.
[Interface] "Don't sell it" and/or "vendor trash" checkboxes for items, to avoid misclicks at vendors. "Sell all vendor trash" button.
[Interface] Bio tab: just a tiny text box (with text limit, 200-500 characters or whatever) where people can add details about them or their chars (ie.: background, looking for specific language guild, ingame character nation [as only 4 races can be chosen from], etc.). Of course, other players can read these boxes.

Always up for grouping with other HoXes: grinding, quest assistance, new HoXes, etc.
[experience gain] Allow us to disable combat experience gain like in games so that way people wanting to stay twink for certain teirs of minigames can
[Interface] AA panel needs a confirm/save button like feats. This is not too hard to code and is really goofy to be that unforgiving if any mistake/misclick.
For premium. Remove limit from quest journal or at least increase it considerably.
Create a save [YES/NO] option for AA's like there is with feats and also create the same thingfor offline levels
[friendslist] make our friends per account not character
[general] MAKE SPRINT INFINITE
[PVE] make mobs when grouped 6 or more running anything crossing their path gets knocked back, would make training people more fun

[PvE] Make dungeons that are harder than solo dungeon, but easier than group dungeons. We are really missing group content for small groups (2-3 people).
