I kill people with this . I would use more points on Concussive Blast and Leghold Traps but I dont want to lose ANY dps cause im a burst addict .
I noobily keep my distance and manage to get aprox 2kills/minute rotating Fire Arrow and Shattering on a fully directed Quick Shot or on Penetrating Shot (with lower attack only for saving time)
When my advatages are on cooldown i shoot my combos without directions (except armorripper on heavies and pindown) .
I dont reccomend this build for pve or raid (tho i did use it when soloing quests etc..and worked fine)
This build + non stop use of traps (even if that means u'll have to jump inside the fight every 15 seconds)leads to huge scores and top possitions in frag counter .
Edit: perks as anyone would imagine: dec/pres-AE/libe-TTS/TTS

kinda looks like my suicide build
just use 1 point in kb trap anything more is waste and get a point in shield bash, its nice to have when those excellent balances walks over your trap.

actually Kina , about the shield feat you're right , its 100% usefull, i speced it . But the trap kb gets +knockback range shooting people in lava etc , its good

Guys, there's no point in feating quick shots, especially not for Pve. You will never "run out" of comboes anyway.

true, we would never run out of combos, but the most efficent rotation is "penetrating shot" - "deadly draw", and without 3 points in quick shots you have to insert something else in between...

Feel free to max advantage: recuperation with elimination of the mana/stamina/energy traps and taking out one point of furtive attacks and last point of booby trap:

Ah and, ofc, the normal stuff like: pressing strikes/decisive strikes (or the pvp ones, same as for chromatic warding) + liberation and one thingy of your choice
(I like avoid entrapment or tainted weapons) + deadly draw/clout(pve) or deadly draw/jarring shot (pvp).

TTS is braindead perk, so I refuse to spec it
But: for a siege or other very crowded pvp scenarios you can really have fun using the crossfire perk if you know how to use it properly by maxing out the effects

As filler for the non feated quickshots cooldown just use white hits... they will crit anyways. Shred Armor is not bugged, you need to know how to stack up fast the armor debuff, then it's really fun


and for God Sake...use your shield/sword + advantage:fire attack or advantage:absolute precision with deft stabs combos...especially in your enemy's back

tts is for brain dead nabs I agree, running shot is not that bad actually.... poor Ersakkis is getting alot of cheater tells

Can someone post 1 ranger build FULL melee? I have 3 spec (buyed extra spec) and i want try 1 build ranger full melee only for fun when i faction alone (i know ranger is better ranger)

You can't be 100% Melee you have to use bow sometimes, to debuff, penetrating shot and the bleeding combos (snare too if you fight a "tank").
