They are accurate but getting these coordinates are not obtainable with the game itself, Edit by Anzu: Do not accuse people of cheating on the forums.. It's 2 decimals and missing 'y' in the line....

Andon is most likely a rare boss and might spawn when the placeholder mob have been killed.
