I remember it used to be a certain pull, now on some bosses you can fire it up as soon as boss is fully debuffed (and you're fully buffed) and tanks will hold it without a problem.

PoM's had no damage before revamp? Surely the change on cast time for Rebuke increased damage a lot. Or was it the removal/decrease of bonus demon/undead damage on MSE...

I don't think T5 is a straightforward replacement for Dragon King - they both have the same budget, so you can mix them f.e. to get some more damage/-hate at the cost of heal rating/mana.

For some bosses I spec the instant big heal and increased range on blue heal - when I can't really dps, but have to heal running/scattered people.
