Update: deleting the GUI folder, patching and repairing worked.

Now, even with Stonerune installed, the Audio/Video/Interface options correctly show up when they should.

Cheers m8, I'm trying that right now (it's more or less what support answered to me).

Here's my problem.
At the login screen, if I click "Settings" I only get "Exit Game" and "Resume Game" options.
Same result if I hit ESC or F10 while in game.

I used the "Repair Broken Data"...
