I agree. One slot should be hit rating. For the other? Not so sure what would be beneficial. I mean, the only stats not really addressed are immunity/evade. Kind of "meh" stats, though. If they were...

Is there an actual plans to release the gems from RF, or am I just wasting my time grinding shards every week?

Hopefully they don't take another 3 months to release the new gems. I have characters that can buy the new ring, but I'm waiting to see if the new gems have different stats.
