100% agree.....the drop rate for desireable items from caches is abysmally low....let alone the legendary stuff, and the price is outrageously high. I cant recall feeling worse about an item...

sorry but the mere 30% in xp gains IS NOT compensation for STEALING our offline levels....a lot of times the offline levels are spent to skip over certain gaps players find boring or tedious in game...
