So why are you removing offline levels? The only reason I can come up with is that with extra character slots, you want more veterans buying premade lvl 80 characters rather than just offlining them...

I doubt many raiders are going to be willing to spend that much just on potions for raiding.

I don't think you will keep your subscription after the change, Funcom said that they are starting new and that you get 'loyalty' rewards for having time left on your subscription.
